35A-5-103. Roles of service providers.

Delivery of job training related services not administered by the department under this chapter shall be provided in accordance with Subsections (2) and (3). |
Terms Used In Utah Code 35A-5-103
- Department: means the Department of Workforce Services created in Section 35A-1-103. See Utah Code 35A-1-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

The State Board of Education and the Utah Board of Higher Education shall provide for basic education, remedial education, and applied technology training. |

The Office of Rehabilitation shall provide those services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. |
