Utah Code 39A-4-103. Qualifications of members

An individual may not be commissioned or enlisted in the Defense Force who:

(1)	is not a citizen of the United States; or

United States: includes each state, district, and territory of the United States of America. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2)	has been expelled or dishonorably discharged from any military service.
