49-20-103. Creation of insurance program.

There is created for the employees of the state, its educational institutions, and political subdivisions the “Public Employees’ Benefit and Insurance Program” within the office. |

- Program: means the Public Employees' Benefit and Insurance Program. See Utah Code 49-20-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

The program may also be known and function as the Public Employees’ Health Program, PEHP, or PEHP Health and Benefits. |
