Terms Used In Utah Code 53B-34-104
- Board: means the Utah Board of Higher Education described in Section 53B-1-402. See Utah Code 53B-1-101.5
- Talent program: means the Talent Ready Utah Program created in Section 53B-34-103. See Utah Code 53B-34-101
The talent program shall annually report to the board on the talent program’s operations and recommendations, including the results of the apprenticeship pilot program described in Section 53B-34-107.
