58-74-303. Term of state certification — Expiration — Renewal.

Terms Used In Utah Code 58-74-303- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
| (a) |
The division shall issue each state certification under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule. |
| (b) |
The division may by rule extend or shorten a renewal cycle by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles it administers. |

| (2) |
Each applicant shall, at the time of applying for renewal, demonstrate compliance with continuing education requirements established by the division. |
| (3) |
Each state certification automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the state certification unless the applicant renews it in accordance with Section 58-1-308. |
