63G-3-401. Office of Administrative Rules created — Director.

(1)	There is created within the Department of Government Operations the Office of Administrative Rules, to be administered by a director.

Terms Used In Utah Code 63G-3-401

Department: means the Department of Government Operations created in Section 63A-1-104. See Utah Code 63G-3-102
Director: means the director of the office. See Utah Code 63G-3-102
Executive director: means the executive director of the department. See Utah Code 63G-3-102
Office: means the Office of Administrative Rules created in Section 63G-3-401. See Utah Code 63G-3-102

(2)

(a)	The executive director shall appoint the director.

(b)	The director shall hire, train, and supervise staff necessary for the office to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
