78B-24-102. Limitations on applicability.
This chapter does not apply to custody of an Indian child, as defined in the Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. § 1903, to the extent governed by the Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. § 1901 through 1963.
