- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.

(a) direct mental health services; (b) on-site intervention provided by a mobile crisis outreach team; (c) the provision of safety and care plans; (d) prolonged mental health services for up to 90 days after the day on which an individual experiences a mental health crisis; (e) referrals to other community resources; (f) local mental health crisis lines; and (g) the statewide mental health crisis line.
