Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 26 Sec. 208

  • Architect: means a person who is licensed to practice architecture under this chapter. See
  • Board: means the "Vermont Board of Architecture. See
  • seal: shall include an impression of the official seal made upon paper alone or by means of a wafer or wax affixed thereto. See
  • Supervision: means work prepared under the regular, personal review of a licensed architect's control and as to which the architect has detailed professional knowledge. See

§ 208. Seal

Each licensee shall obtain a seal of such design as the Board shall authorize and direct. Plans and specifications prepared by, or under the direct supervision of, a licensed architect shall be stamped with the licensee’s seal. (Amended 1985, No. 248 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
