Every contract, combination, in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce is hereby declared unlawful.

Terms Used In Washington Code 19.86.030
- commerce: shall include the sale of assets or services, and any commerce directly or indirectly affecting the people of the state of Washington. See Washington Code 19.86.010
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
