§ 1253.2 Determinations for unfinished manufactured fibers

Terms Used In 16 CFR Part 1253 - Children's Toys and Child Care Articles: Determinations Regarding the Astm F963 Elements and Phthalates for Unfinished Manufactured Fibers

  • Appraisal: A determination of property value.
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Fair market value: The price at which an asset would change hands in a transaction between a willing, informed buyer and a willing, informed seller.
