Alabama Code 13A-11-32. Criminal surveillance

(a) A person commits the crime of criminal surveillance if he intentionally engages in surveillance while trespassing in a private place.

Under the Alabama Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class B misdemeanor	up to 6 months	up to $3,000

(b) Criminal surveillance is a Class B misdemeanor.
