Terms Used In Alabama Code 13A-11-50

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1

A person who, in violation of this article, carries concealed about his or her person or in a vehicle a pistol or firearm of any other kind shall, on conviction, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
