I am a lighting designer which is not a licensed or certified profession. There is no California Business or Professional code for the Lighting Design profession. We are being asked to sign Title-24 Compliance documents, which we have never done. It has always been our understanding that the sign-off on Title 24 Compliance docuementation must be done by the licensed (electrical) Engineer of Record on the project.
