The board shall issue a license to all physician assistant applicants who meet all of the following requirements:
(a) Provide evidence of successful completion of an approved program.
Terms Used In California Business and Professions Code 3519
- Approved program: means a program for the education of physician assistants that has been formally approved by the board. See California Business and Professions Code 3501
- Board: means the Physician Assistant Board. See California Business and Professions Code 3501
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- license: means license, certificate, registration, or other means to engage in a business or profession regulated by this code or referred to in Section 1000 or 3600. See California Business and Professions Code 23.7
(b) Pass any examination required under Section 3517.
(c) Not be subject to denial of licensure under Division 1.5 (commencing with Section 475) or Section 3527.
(d) Pay all fees required under Section 3521.1.
