§ 4140No person shall possess or have under his or her control any~
§ 4141No person shall furnish hypodermic needles or syringes, by~
§ 4142Except as otherwise provided by this article, no hypodermic~
§ 4143This article shall not apply to the sale of hypodermic~
§ 4144A person may sell or obtain hypodermic needles and hypodermic~
§ 4145Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a pharmacist~
§ 4146A pharmacy may accept the return of needles and syringes from~
§ 4147For the purposes of this section, "playground" means any~
§ 4148All stocks of hypodermic needles or syringes shall be~
§ 4149A nonresident distributor shall not sell or distribute~
