§ 10330The Wildlife Conservation Board is hereby designated as the~
§ 10331The California Rangeland, Grazing Land, and Grassland~
§ 10332As used in this division, the following terms have the~
§ 10334Funds may be expended by the board for the acquisition of~
§ 10335Funds expended pursuant to this division may be used only to~
§ 10335.5Any eligible projects funded under this division with~
§ 10336The board may adopt guidelines to implement the program,~
§ 10337A conservation easement may be acquired pursuant to this~
§ 10338At a minimum, each application for a grant shall contain all~
§ 10339The board may require further information as is reasonably~
§ 10340The board, or the recipient of a grant, may accept~
§ 10341The board may request staff services from any state agency~
§ 10342Any conservation easement, money, or other asset acquired~
§ 10343Nothing in this division authorizes or increases the~
§ 10344The board may coordinate this program with the Oak Woodlands~
