As to the extent of an insurer’s liability as referred to in Sections 627.736(1), 627.737(1) and (2), F.S., an insurer liable to pay Personal Injury Protection Benefits under two or more policies to any one person shall be subject to a maximum as specified in Florida Statutes § 627.736(1), and tort exemption shall likewise be subject to a maximum as specified in SFlorida Statutes § 627.737
