Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
fraternal club: means an association or corporation whose membership is comprised of or forms:

Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
place of employment: means an enclosed area of a structure that is a place of employment. See Indiana Code 7.1-5-12-1
public place: means an enclosed area of a structure in which the public is invited or permitted. See Indiana Code 7.1-5-12-2
smoking: means the:
