On July 1, 1988, the following boards, councils, committees and commissions are hereby abolished:

(a) Governor’s commission on fire protection personnel standards and education created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 31-151;

(b) armory board created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 48-315;

(c) land survey advisory committee created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 58-2007;

(d) renal disease advisory committee created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-1,100;

(e) joint council on recreation created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-4528;

(f) governor’s commission on applied remote sensing created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-7701;

(g) state municipal accounting board created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-1118;

(h) state capitol murals committee created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-2246;

(i) committee on state and unified school districts’ purchases created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-3318;

(j) industries advisory committee created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-5287;

(k) prerelease center local advisory committees created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-52,117;

(l) advisory committee on deferred compensation created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-5522; and

(m) advisory committee on food service and lodging standards created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-5629.
