Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-3234
- Program: means the Kansas work-study program established by this act. See Kansas Statutes 74-3275
- State board: means the state board of regents. See Kansas Statutes 74-3275
- State scholarship: means an award under this act by this state to a state scholar who has established financial need. See Kansas Statutes 74-32,233
The state board of regents shall administer the state scholarship program provided for in article 68 ofchapter 72 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, including all the functions prescribed in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-6814.
