Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-3347

  • children: means a person or persons under the age of 18. See Kansas Statutes 75-3329
  • Grantor: The person who establishes a trust and places property into it.

The instruments of conveyance quitclaiming, releasing and remising the real estate described in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-3346, and amendments thereto, shall be executed in the name of the secretary for children and families. The secretary shall execute the quitclaim deed for the reason that such real estate is no longer needed or used for purposes which existed on the date the United States of America, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenances to the Kansas department for children and families.
