§ 25:1301 This Chapter shall be known and may be referred to as the “Delta Bike Trail Commission”, which shall be created to be a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the
§ 25:1302 A. The commission shall be domiciled in the municipalities of Concordia, Tensas, Madison, and East Carroll parishes, with its headquarters in Vidalia, Louisiana.
§ 25:1303 A. The commission members shall serve four-year terms.
§ 25:1304 The board created by this Chapter shall be subject to and fully comply with the Public Records Law, R.S. 44:1 et seq., and the Open Meetings Law, R.S. 42:11 et seq., of the state. Th

  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC

  • Property: means all classes of movable or immovable property recognized under the laws of this state. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:381
  • Residual value: shall mean the value of property at a specific future time, which value is determined by agreement at the time the contract of lease or sale is entered into. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:381
