Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 3773
- Municipality: means a city or town, except as provided in chapter 225. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 2001
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
2. Availability. Made available to any law enforcement office of the State or of any municipality or county.
