- Court funding unit: means 1 of the following, as applicable:
(i) For circuit or probate court, the county. See Michigan Laws 600.1985person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require a person to file a document electronically. A court or court funding unit shall not require or permit a person to file a document electronically except as directed by the supreme court.
