Terms Used In Missouri Laws 379.1385
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Director: the director of the department of commerce and insurance. See Missouri Laws 379.005
A SPLRC’s assets must be managed in accordance with an investment management agreement filed with and approved by order of the director.
