Nevada Revised Statutes 211.270 – Establishment and violation of rules and conditions for electronic supervision

The sheriff or chief of police shall establish general rules and individual conditions for electronic supervision. If a prisoner violates such a rule or condition, the sheriff or chief of police may return the prisoner to physical confinement.
