‘Holder,’ or any similar term, when used in conjunction with any coupons, any bonds or any other securities issued hereunder, means the person in possession and the apparent owner of the designated item if such obligation is registered for payment to bearer or is not registered, or the term means the registered owner of the designated item if it is at the time registered for payment otherwise than to bearer.

  • Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
