Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:3B-6.4
- Higher education: means that education which is provided by any or all of the public institutions of higher education as herein defined and any or all equivalent private institutions. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
3. The Secretary of Higher Education shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c.410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act.
