In addition to the powers and duties included in §§ 40-1-70 through 40-1-100, the board shall establish policies and procedures consistent with this chapter, shall have the full power to regulate the issuance of licenses, and shall discipline licensees in any manner permitted by this chapter or under the provisions of §§ 40-1-110 through 40-1-150.
