Terms Used In Tennessee Code 49-7-2402
- Institution: means an institution of public higher education in this state. See Tennessee Code 49-7-2404
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The requirements of this part shall apply to every public institution of higher education in this state.
