- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The owner, operator, or manager of a licensed establishment or school shall equip the establishment or school with the facilities, supplies, appliances, furnishings, and materials necessary to enable a person employed on the premises to comply with this chapter.
