- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A court may not grant an occupational driver’s license for the operation of a commercial motor vehicle to which Chapter 522 applies. This section does not prevent a person who has been issued a commercial driver’s license from obtaining an occupational driver’s license for the operation of a noncommercial motor vehicle.
