Utah Code 17B-2a-814. Public transit district trustees, officers, and employees subject to Utah Public Officers’ and Employees’ Ethics Act

Public transit: means regular, continuing, shared-ride, surface transportation services that are open to the general public or open to a segment of the general public defined by age, disability, or low income. See Utah Code 17B-2a-802
Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

Each trustee, officer, and employee of a public transit district is subject to the provisions of Title 67, Chapter 16, Utah Public Officers’ and Employees’ Ethics Act.
