As used in this chapter:

“Certified disaster service volunteer” means any person who has completed the necessary training for and has been certified as a disaster service specialist by the American Red Cross. |

- Disaster: means any disaster designated at Level III or higher in the American National Red Cross Regulations and Procedures. See Utah Code 34-43-102
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
