- Protective order: means :
(a) a sexual violence protective order; or (b) an ex parte sexual violence protective order. See Utah Code 78B-7-502 (2) A petitioner may be subject to criminal prosecution under 5, for knowingly falsifying any statement or information provided for the purpose of obtaining a protective order.
