78B-7-904. Notice to victims.

The court shall send notice of permanent criminal stalking injunctions issued under this part to the statewide warrants network or similar system, including the statewide domestic violence network described in Section 78B-7-113. |

Terms Used In Utah Code 78B-7-904
- Court: means the district court or juvenile court. See Utah Code 78B-7-201
- Domestic violence: means the same as that term is defined in Section 77-36-1. See Utah Code 78B-7-102
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Stalking: means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-106. See Utah Code 78B-7-102
