A. Any person who violates a cease and desist order entered under § 38.2-703 shall be subject to the provisions of § 38.2-218.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 38.2-704
- Person: means any association, aggregate of individuals, business, company, corporation, individual, joint-stock company, Lloyds type of organization, organization, partnership, receiver, reciprocal or interinsurance exchange, trustee or society. See Virginia Code 38.2-100
B. Any person convicted of violating this chapter may, in addition, be punished under the provisions of Chapter 1.1 of Title 59.1.
