A health care facility shall post and maintain, in places readily accessible to individuals in the service of the health care facility, printed statements that describe employee rights and employer obligations under Alaska Stat. § 18.20.400 – 18.20.499 and regulations adopted under Alaska Stat. § 18.20.430. The commissioner shall supply the printed statements to a health care facility without cost to the facility.
