- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Property: includes real and personal property. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Whoever, by means of fire, intentionally damages any property of another without the person‘s consent, if the property is not a building and has a value of $100 or more, is guilty of a Class I felony.
