A district school board in a school district may enter into agreements to provide auxiliary services and facilities to students, including but not limited to forms of residential care and medical and dental services. Any facility used for residential purposes under this section must meet the applicable standards of the Oregon Health Authority and the State Fire Marshal. - District school board: means the board of directors of a common school district or a union high school district. See Oregon Statutes 332.002
- School district: means a common or union high school district. See Oregon Statutes 332.002
