The rules of the Oregon Racing Commission shall apply to all race meets held by county fair associations and shall be enforced by the officers of each association as to race meets held on its grounds. [Amended by 1955 c.468 § 2; 1957 c.313 § 10; 1969 c.356 § 22]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 462.170
- Commission: means the Oregon Racing Commission. See Oregon Statutes 462.010
- Race: includes races conducted without wagering, provided one or more races in the meet are conducted with wagering. See Oregon Statutes 462.010
