The plant facilities and equipment utilized in processing eggs or egg products shall be constructed, maintained and utilized in accordance with the rules promulgated under the federal Act or promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture. [1975 c.748 § 9 (enacted in lieu of 632.755)]
