         (1) is libelous, slanderous, or obscene;

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 80/15

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14

         (2) constitutes an unwarranted invasion of privacy;
         (3) violates federal or State law; or
         (4) incites students to commit an unlawful act, to
    
violate policies of the school district, or to materially and substantially disrupt the orderly operation of the school.
