- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person providing services to a resident of a facility licensed by the department under this chapter or operated by the department and exempt under § 252.003 from the licensing requirements of this chapter shall comply with Chapter 322 and the rules adopted under that chapter.
