- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
Documents submitted to the commission under Sections 2025.051-2025.054 by an applicant are subject to discovery in a suit brought under this subtitle but are not public records and are not subject to Chapter 552, Government Code.
