- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Except as provided in Alaska Stat. § 12.61.010 and Alaska Stat. § 47.12.110(b), upon the request of either party the judge may exclude from the courtroom any witness of the adverse party not under examination at the time so that the witness may not hear the testimony of other witnesses.
