Alaska Statutes 11.46.150 – Theft in the fourth degree

(a) A person commits the crime of theft in the fourth degree if the person commits theft as defined in Alaska Stat. § 11.46.100 and the value of the property or services is less than $250.

Class	Prison	Fine
Class B misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $2,000

(b) Theft in the fourth degree is a class B misdemeanor.
