(a) A person commits the crime of criminal trespass in the second degree if the person enters or remains unlawfully

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 11.46.330

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(1) in or upon premises; or
(2) in a propelled vehicle.
(b) Criminal trespass in the second degree is a class B misdemeanor.
