Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 11.46.460

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(1) drives a vehicle through, over, or around an obstruction erected on a highway under authority of Alaska Stat. § 19.10.100; or
(2) opens an obstruction erected on a highway under authority of Alaska Stat. § 19.10.100.
(b) Violation of this section is a violation punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.
